I founded Innova Recovery Center in 2016. With a deep understanding of mental and behavioral health challenges, I launched Jireh Billing Solutions to empower providers with expert mental health revenue cycle management support. Together, we help practices thrive by simplifying billing processes, improving collections, and maximizing profitability.

With this in mind, I started Jireh Billing Solutions so that other providers and facilities can benefit from lessons I have learned along the way. This team has over 50 years of billing and collections experience. Together, we will help your company bring in the income you have earned.

A Texas native and Baylor graduate, Dr. Kasi Howard has dedicated many years to working with at-risk and adjudicated youth, and she possesses extensive experience in treating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and couples facing marital issues.

Dr. Howard established Innova Recovery Center in 2016 with the goal of making high-quality trauma treatment accessible to everyone. She has developed several group curricula, including a seminar aimed at promoting a healthy body image among young women and an educational support group for spouses and significant others of those struggling with mental illness. She has served as President of the Bexar County Psychological Association and has taught at Trinity University.

Coni brings 40 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in mental health revenue cycle management, including claims processing, prior authorizations, and collections optimization.

She was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and currently resides in Castalian Springs, Tennessee. Coni attended the Nashville College of Registered Medical and GN Nursing program with a focus in Medical Coding, Billing, and Physician Assistance. She loves the challenge of a start-up company implementation and Revenue/Denial Management, with exceptional appeal overturn and collections success. Billing Compliance is at the forefront of all claims submitted to payors.

Coni spends her time outside the office with her husband, daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. She is an avid sports fan, a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, and most weekends, she travels to her grandchildren’s baseball games, golf tourneys, cheer, and gymnastics meets. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, canning, and music of all genres.

Connie Anna is a Utilization Review Coordinator with 12 years of experience in behavioral health operations, insurance authorizations, appeals, and patient advocacy. She specializes in inpatient to outpatient behavioral health programs, ensuring patients receive the care they deserve while meeting medical necessity criteria for PHP, IOP, and RTC levels of care. With a keen eye for compliance and efficiency, she helps streamline processes to support both patients and providers. Her work is an integral part of Jireh’s mental health revenue cycle management approach, helping practices navigate utilization review with precision.

Before entering behavioral health, Connie was a collegiate cheerleader at Morehead State University—home to the winningest cheer program—and San Diego State University. Her background in elite athletics has instilled a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence that she brings to every role.

Melissa has over 25 years of experience in mental health revenue cycle management across a wide variety of healthcare specialties. With a background in corporate billing and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and SOX compliance readiness, she uses her expertise to support start-ups and underperforming business offices. Melissa excels at implementing new billing software and training teams on proven revenue cycle management processes from Intake to Appeals.

Her deep understanding of the revenue cycle—along with strong skill sets in Benefits, Payer Relations, and AR collections—assures clients they receive a comprehensive mental health revenue cycle management solution that helps maximize collections and improve practice profitability.
